Probably I tried most of the laundry stores in dallas but this place is totally different lets start with the important thing which is the machines they got the newest washing machines ever,, the place ranked at the top of cleanliness ,, the staff is very friendly i showed up at 9:50 pm and they close at 10:00 pm it was my bad because i thought they osing at 11:00 pm I apologized and about to leave the place but the owner asked me if i wanna wash my cloths and he welcomed me to do my laundry even thought they were about to leave he kept his place open for me with all the lights on till i finished ,, that was a great behavior from him which shows how much he taking care of customers and respect them ,, i was very happy with this experience and I'm pretty sure now where I'm gonna do always my laundry and never change the place . Good job guys keep going like that

This place is clean and in a safe location. Big washing machine ( did one tall laundry basket full) for 4.25 cents. Can add extra wash or rinse or both for 25 cents each. Machines look new. Dryer cost minimum 75 cents for large to start and you get 18 minutes..then 25 cents for each 6 minutes. Regular dryer costs 25 cents for 10 minutes. Cost me 75 cents to dry one tall laundry basket. Total cost was 5 bucks to do one tall laundry basket. Great price for such a clean safe location. Check out the grocery store next door H-Mart...good pastries. Also there is a local police station there next door. HIGHLY recommend for laundry.

Honestly one of the best laundromats I’ve ever been to… I was dreading going because my washer stopped working at home so I really had no choice but to go to a laundromat and I found this one. I went to this one bc of the ratings and once I went in I notice how clean it was and organized ! There wasn’t many people either (thank God!) and towards the end the young gentleman who works there was really sweet and saw I needed help with my baskets and he offered to help me carry them out. So sweet bc it was late and I had my 4 yr old. I recommend it 100% and will need to go back until I get a new washer and I’m not mad about it.

I always do my laundry there , they just added few more machines , the staff is friendly and helpful if u need help .

Beyond expectations! The staff was friendly. They speak mostly Spanish though. If you've ever been to a Laundromat then you know how things work. They have signs in Spanish and English and most of the people there are Spanish speaking. It was an overall good experience and I've been there twice in one week! The washing machines are sized, I believe there are 4 load sizes which increase the dollar amount, naturally. They have two sizes for dryers but a lot of them. I didn't have to wait a long time for anything either day. They also have change machines on site that accepts $1,$5, $10, $20. I used one machine the second time I was there. I give it a five star for that reason. My personal washer is down and I needed a facility that was close, safe, friendly, clean, and could get the job done. PTC Laundry Service is that place.

Great place for washing and drying. Have pleanty of washer and dryers. Very convenient for neighbourhood people.

06/30/24: This was my First time here. Right after I found out my drying machine broke down on me. I Google whatever the nearest Laundry place near my house. PTC is the second one popped up, but the closest to my home. I came here, it’s cheaper than other ones I went. This one has A/C, and it’s right next to H-Mart, very convenient altogether. They have Clean and big washing and drying machines. Big dryers are .75 cents for 18 minutes and small dryers are for 10 minutes for every 25 cents. Would definitely recommend!

Best laundromat experience! They have central heat and air! That's important! The attendants keep the facility clean. Many large load washers that you can add an additional wash and rinse for .25 each. The best part is the dryers, one cycle gets your clothes completely dry so you're not constantly feeding it quarters. Quick and easy.
